Tragic Loss in Vivian, Louisiana: 16-Year-Old Miranda Clements Found Deceased
On the evening of April 20, 2025, tragedy struck in Vivian, Louisiana, as 16-year-old Miranda Clements was discovered lifeless inside a residence on Pardue Street. Officers from the Vivian Police Department responded to the scene around 8:30 p.m., where they found Miranda face down on the floor, having suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the upper body. Despite the swift arrival of paramedics from Caddo Fire District 8, Miranda was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office has taken the lead in the investigation, diligently collecting evidence and interviewing potential witnesses. At this time, authorities have not released further details regarding the circumstances of the shooting, and no arrests have been made.
