In Loving Memory of Andria Rebecca “Rabus” Bergeson
March 3, 1988 – April 15, 2025
Lake Saint Louis, Missouri
It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Andria Rebecca Bergeson (née Rabus), who left this world far too soon on April 15, 2025, at the age of 37. Andria passed peacefully, surrounded by those who loved her most, and her absence leaves a space that cannot be filled.
Born on March 3, 1988, Andria grew up with an unshakable spirit, a gentle soul, and a heart full of compassion. She brought light and laughter to every room she entered and formed deep, lasting bonds with those fortunate enough to walk through life with her. Her grace, humor, and boundless love for others defined the way she lived each day.
Andria was a devoted wife to her beloved husband Darryl, and a fiercely loving mother to her son, Finn. She also embraced her role as a stepmother with open arms, welcoming her stepchildren into her heart with tenderness and care. Her family was her greatest joy, and she gave of herself endlessly to ensure their happiness and well-being.
Those who knew Andria knew her as a woman of remarkable kindness and quiet strength. Whether volunteering in the community, offering a listening ear to a friend in need, or simply sharing a warm smile, she gave of herself without expectation or hesitation. She had an artist’s soul, a nurturing heart, and a deep love of nature, music, and meaningful conversation. Her laughter was contagious, and her presence brought comfort to many.
She is survived by her loving husband, Darryl Bergeson; her cherished son, Finn; her adored stepchildren; her parents, siblings, and a wide circle of extended family and friends whose lives were touched by her love and generosity.
A visitation will be held on Friday, April 26, 2025, followed by a funeral service to honor and celebrate Andria’s life. Details of the service will be shared privately with family and friends. All who knew and loved Andria are welcome to attend and share in remembering a life so beautifully lived.
The Bergeson family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude for the overwhelming support, prayers, and kindness they’ve received from the Lake Saint Louis community during this difficult time. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Andria’s memory to a local women’s shelter or mental health organization — causes she deeply cared about.
Though her time with us was far too short, the impact of Andria’s life will be felt for generations. She lives on in the hearts of those who loved her and in the quiet, beautiful moments she helped create.
“Those we love don’t go away, they walk beside us every day.”
