Madison Man Charged After Allegedly Shooting Mother’s Boyfriend
Madison, WI — April 26, 2025 — A 25-year-old Madison man is facing serious charges after allegedly shooting his mother’s boyfriend on the city’s north side.
According to Madison Police, officers responded to reports of a shooting earlier this week. Upon arrival, they found the victim suffering from gunshot wounds. The man was transported to a nearby hospital and is currently receiving treatment; his condition has not yet been publicly disclosed.
The suspect, whose name has not yet been officially released, was taken into custody at the scene without further incident. Authorities say preliminary information suggests the shooting stemmed from a domestic dispute.
