in Loving Memory of Ryan Holaway
March 27, 2025 – Gone Too Soon
Celebration of Life: May 10, 2025 – Hotel Congress, Tucson, AZ
With profound sadness and heavy hearts, we announce the unexpected passing of Ryan Holaway on March 27, 2025. Ryan’s departure has left a deep and lasting void in the lives of those who knew and loved him. A man of warmth, laughter, and boundless energy, Ryan touched countless hearts with his adventurous spirit and fierce devotion to those he held dear.
Ryan was not only a dedicated family member but a proud and loving father to his son, Henry, who was the light of his life. From the very beginning, Ryan embraced fatherhood with unmatched love and commitment. He often spoke of how Henry gave his life greater meaning, and he worked hard to be the kind of role model his son could look up to. Whether it was building forts, going on spontaneous road trips, or simply reading together before bed, Ryan made sure every moment with Henry was filled with love and intention.
Beyond his role as a father, Ryan was the kind of person who lived with purpose and passion. He was known for his adventurous soul, always ready to take the road less traveled, try something new, or dive into deep, meaningful conversations. His love for life was contagious—he inspired those around him to be curious, bold, and present. From hiking through the Sonoran Desert to road-tripping with friends or enjoying music at his favorite Tucson venues, Ryan found joy in the journey, and he brought others along for the ride.
Ryan had an incredible circle of friends and a close-knit family who admired his free spirit, his big heart, and his ability to make people feel at ease. He was someone you could count on—a loyal friend, a good listener, and a bright light in any room. Whether you knew him for a season or a lifetime, Ryan made an impact that won’t be forgotten.
To honor Ryan’s memory and celebrate the vibrant life he lived, a Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at Hotel Congress in Tucson, Arizona. Friends, family, and all who knew Ryan are warmly invited to attend. The event will be a reflection of the joy, laughter, and spirit that Ryan brought into the world—a space to share memories, music, and love.
In lieu of flowers, and in keeping with Ryan’s deep love for animals, donations can be made in his name to Best Friends Animal Society, an organization that aligns with his compassionate heart and his belief in caring for the voiceless.
Though Ryan left us far too soon, the legacy he leaves behind is one of love, laughter, courage, and connection. He will be remembered in the way the sun sets over the mountains, in the sound of music drifting through the streets, in the wide-open roads he loved to travel, and in every person who carries a piece of his story forward.
Rest in peace, Ryan Holaway.
You will be missed beyond measure, but never forgotten.
