Malik was a proud graduate of Saint Ignatius, a place where his deep commitment to service and social justice first took root. From his earliest days as a student, it was clear he was someone different — someone who not only saw the inequities of the world but felt called to do something about them. He didn’t just study the Jesuit values of cura personalis and men and women for others — he embodied them in everything he did.
Following his graduation, Malik pursued higher education with the same dedication and vision he had as a student at Saint Ignatius. His academic journey, marked by excellence and fueled by a love for learning, laid the groundwork for a career defined not by personal gain, but by service to others. Whether working in education policy, mentoring youth, or supporting economic empowerment initiatives, Malik always kept his focus on lifting others, particularly in underserved communities.
