Her sudden passing has left a profound emptiness in the hearts of all who knew and admired her, as the world says goodbye to a young woman whose spirit, talent, and heart were larger than life.
Kelly was a beacon of light — a brilliant mind, a fierce competitor, and above all, a kind and compassionate soul. A beloved daughter, cherished friend, and role model, Kelly balanced the rigors of academia and the intensity of competitive figure skating with uncommon grace. Her accomplishments in both realms were matched only by her humility and the joy she brought to others.
A graduate of Queen’s University, Kelly excelled in her studies, earning distinction for both her academic excellence and community engagement. Passionate about health sciences and youth mentorship, she had recently begun working in the public wellness field, aiming to make a lasting difference in the lives of others — a mission she pursued with purpose and empathy.
But for many, it was on the ice rink that Kelly’s brilliance shone brightest. An accomplished figure skater, she was celebrated not only for her technical skill and artistry, but also for the joy and dedication she poured into the sport.
