LOCK HAVEN, Pa. — Blaine M. Sementelli, 21, of Mill Hall, passed away on June 8, 2025, in Milton. Born on November 7, 2003, in Lock Haven, Blaine was a beloved son, a proud graduate of Central Mountain High School, and a young man whose vibrant spirit left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.
Blaine lived life with energy, warmth, and curiosity. He was passionate about the outdoors and found joy in hunting and fishing—pastimes that allowed him to connect with nature and with those he loved. One of Blaine’s most endearing traits was his unexpected and unique love for collecting panda memorabilia, a reflection of the gentle, thoughtful soul behind his adventurous exterior.
He had a natural ability to bring happiness to those around him. Whether it was sharing stories, offering a helping hand, or simply being present, Blaine’s kindness and infectious smile made the world a better place for those fortunate enough to know him.
