In Loving Memory of Anthony “Tony” Leonard

New Boston, Michigan, With heavy hearts and deep sorrow, we share the sudden and tragic passing of Anthony “Tony” Leonard, whose life was lost in a side-by-side accident. His death has left an immeasurable void in the lives of his loved ones and in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him. Tony was just 35 years old.

Tony was a devoted husband, a loving father, a cherished son, and a true friend to many. His life was built on love, loyalty, and a deep sense of connection to both people and the outdoors. He is survived by his beloved wife, Brittany Leonard, and their beautiful 4-year-old daughter, Avery—the center of his world. Tony and Brittany had shared their lives together since 2014 and were married in 2019. Their bond was unshakable, rooted in mutual respect, love, and a shared joy in raising their daughter.

Tony is also mourned by his parents: his mother and stepfather, Paula and Bob Sawitski, and his father and stepmother, Tony and Jodie Leonard. Their grief is profound, as they grapple with the unimaginable loss of a son taken far too soon.

An avid hunter and fisherman, Tony felt most alive when surrounded by nature. Whether sitting quietly in a deer stand or casting a line into still waters, the outdoors was his sanctuary. He loved to share these passions with family and friends, creating lasting memories through stories, laughter, and time spent together under the open sky.

Tony will be remembered for his big heart, his quick wit, and his steadfast loyalty. He had a rare ability to light up a room with his smile and make everyone feel welcome with his easygoing presence. His friendships ran deep, and his impact on others will not be forgotten.

As we mourn this heartbreaking loss, we also celebrate the life of a man who lived fully, loved fiercely, and left behind a legacy of warmth, generosity, and strength. His spirit will live on through the memories he gave us and the love he poured into every part of his life.

Rest peacefully, Tony. You are deeply loved and will be forever missed.
