20-Year-Old Charged with Deliberate Homicide Following Early Morning Shooting
GREAT FALLS, MT —A deadly shooting in Great Falls early Sunday morning has resulted in felony charges against 20-year-old Charlotte Andrade, who now faces one count of deliberate homicide and one count of attempted deliberate homicide.
The Great Falls Police Department (GFPD) responded to a series of emergency calls beginning at approximately 3:42 a.m. on June 9, 2025, reporting loud disturbances and gunfire at 1801 10th Avenue South. According to charging documents, the incident began when a resident of Unit 11 called dispatchers after hearing individuals banging on his door. When officers arrived on the scene, they initially found no suspicious activity or persons nearby.
Shortly after, additional calls came in reporting gunshots in the area, prompting a rapid and coordinated response from GFPD officers. Upon further investigation, police uncovered evidence linking Andrade to the violent incident that resulted in the death of one individual and serious injury to another.
Authorities have described the shooting as deliberate, and Andrade has been taken into custody pending further legal proceedings.
