In the quiet early hours of the morning, Jasmine Terry took her last breath inside a home where flashing emergency lights lit up the darkness. She had been shot in the chest before dawn, and despite swift response from first responders, her life could not be saved. It was around 3:30 a.m. when police were called to Hartshill Place, where they found Jasmine—just 24 years old—fatally wounded.
There were witnesses—now detained—but as of now, there are no arrests, no clear answers, and a family left shattered by sudden and senseless loss. The circumstances remain under investigation. What’s left behind is a haunting silence, a life cut short, and a community grieving alongside a heartbroken family.
Jasmine was more than the tragedy that took her. She was a daughter, a loved one, a presence that mattered. Her story deserves truth, justice, and remembrance.
