With heavy hearts, we share the tragic news of the passing of Roberta Osgood, whose life was cut short in a single-vehicle accident in the early morning hours of April 23, 2025. Roberta, known for her kind heart and warm spirit, was just 35 years old.
Authorities say Roberta was wearing her seatbelt when her car veered off Old Hickory Boulevard around 2 a.m., crashing into a concrete mailbox before striking a tree. There were no other vehicles involved, and no indications of impairment—just a sharp curve, high speed, and a split-second miscalculation. Despite efforts by first responders and medical teams, Roberta passed away shortly after arriving at the hospital.
Her sudden loss has left an irreplaceable void in the lives of her family, friends, and all who were fortunate to know her. Roberta brought light and laughter into every room she entered and carried a steady presence in the lives of those she loved.
